Information you provide. We collect information that you give us when you contact us, request an audit, sign up to receive text messages, or use our services. A free SEO audit request also asks for your website URL and, if you choose to provide it, a competitor URL. If you become a client, we may receive business contact details, project materials, account access details, and billing information needed to provide the agreed services. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through our public forms.

Information collected when you use the site. Our site and its service providers may receive technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the date and time of a visit. Text messages and mobile numbers

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive SMS messages from Thinkit Media, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments, requested services, or account. We may send promotional texts only if you have separately agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
